2003年八芳園入社。年間挙式披露宴組数を1000組前後まで下げていた八芳園を、4年で2000組までV字回復させ、その後6年連続で達成。

2008年 取締役常務総支配人、2013年 取締役専務総支配人を経て、2021年10月に取締役社長に就任。

八芳園事業で培ってきたイベントのプロデュース力とクリエイティブ力を活かし、日本文化の継承と創造をテーマに、MICE産業へ参入。地方自治体と連携し「食」と「人」の交流事業のプロデュースを行うなど、八芳園施設外でのイベントプロデュース実績を着実に積み上げる。

現在は、総合イベントプロデュース企業として、社会課題解決に貢献するため人の交流の場にDXを実装させ、リアル空間とデジタル空間を組み合わせたハイブリッド空間での新しい交流の未来創造に着手し、サスティナブルなホスピタリティサービスコンテンツ創造を指揮している。

Yoshinori Inoue joined Happo-en in 2003. While the number of wedding ceremonies and receptions the company handled in a year had declined by that time to around 1,000, Inoue helped increase the number to 2,000 over four years and maintained this level for six years in a row.

He became the Managing Director and General Manager in 2008 and Senior Managing Director and General Manager  in 2013.

In October 2021, he took office as the President. Taking advantage of the event production capabilities and creativity he had cultivated in the Happo-en’s business, Inoue entered the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions business under the slogan of inheriting and creating the Japanese culture. Inoue has steadily organized various events outside Happo-en’s facilities. For example, he organized an event to facilitate exchanges between “food” and “people” in cooperation with a local government. 

As the head of a general event management company, Inoue currently implements digital transformation in spaces where people communicate to help solve social issues. He has also started a project to create future communication in a “hybrid” space by combining the physical and digital worlds as well as supervising the creation of sustainable hospitality service contents.
