上智大学外国語学部ポルトガル語学科卒業。2004年日本コンベンションサービス株式会社に入社、メディカルカンパニーにて国際・国内医学会の企画運営に従事する。2009年株式会社メディプロデュースに入社。PCOとして会議運営を中心に、国際会議の誘致、学会事務局運営、記者会見等の業務に携わる。2019年東京オリンピック・パラリンピック競技大会組織委員会国際局に入局。開閉会式プロトコールチームのシニアマネージャーとして、各国の王室・国家元首、大臣、IOC委員等、VVIP・役員約1万人に対し、輸送サービス、 VIP動線管理、配席管理、ラウンジ運営など、開閉会式時におけるVIP接遇オペレーション計画に携わった。運営の総管理者として多国籍職員、ボランティア150名を超えるスタッフと共に、開閉会式の運営を支えた。

After graduating from the Department of Luso-Brazilian Studies at Sophia University in Tokyo, Sachiyo MINAKAWA began her career as a PCO after joining Japan Convention Services, Inc. in 2004, organising international and domestic conferences in medical field. She joined MediProduce, Inc. in 2009. As a PCO, she is primarily involved in supporting management of medical association and its conferences, while also organising press conferences. In 2019, she was assigned as senior manager of the opening and closing ceremony protocol team for the International Bureau of the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. She organised transport services, VIP flow line management, seat allocation and lounge management for 10,000 VVIP, such as royal families, heads of state, ministers, IOC members, etc. As head of operation management, she supported the opening and closing ceremonies with more than 150 staff and volunteers from around the world.
